Documents and information required for incorporation:
- Proposed name of the company
- Proposed Singapore registered address of the company
- Company business activity
- Minimum 1 local director
- Minimum 1 shareholder
- Minimum 1 company secretary
- Minimum of $1 paid-up share capital
- NRIC/passport of director(s) and shareholder(s)
- Proof of residential address is required (a copy of recent utility or mobile bill or other documents that proof the validity of residential address) if the director or shareholder is a foreigner.
